What you will be doing

You will be in direct contact with our customers and support them with all their questions about our software.

How will you do that?
  • You build knowledge and expertise across the different domains of our applications.

  • You answer questions about using our Protime tools (by phone and by email).

  • You advise customers on how to optimise their Protime environment (by phone and by email).

  • You build an internal network and work closely with our internal customer experts (seeking advice, sharing leads, passing on information, clarifying the needs of your customer portfolio, etc.).

  • You take ownership in your role, but of course, you’re never alone. You can always count on #professionalcamaraderie and #collaborationbydesign (two of our core values) with your team.

Your skills to start at Protime
  • You communicate professionally with customers over the phone and have the perseverance to look (even out of the box) for the right solution.

  • You have an interest in software applications and the more technical side of HR. You have strong analytical skills.

  • You are fluent and confident in English.

  • You know how to take responsibility in your role. You enjoy autonomy, taking initiative, and working in a self-managing way.
