Customer Advisor; Dutch & French - night shift

• Assist customers via phone and email for different projects during the night
• Represent the brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Manage administrative tasks related to your customer interactions
• Look for suitable solutions together with the customer
• Keep your customers informed and up to date on the status of their case through email and outbound calls

• Fluency in both Dutch & French
• A passion for helping people and solving problems
• Strong communication and adaptability skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Willingness to work night shift

• Competitive remuneration: guaranteed monthly salary of 2,100 EUR
• Training conducted on-site (Sint‑Truiden, Belgium)
