As a Customer assistance agent, your responsibilities are:

• Manage and follow up international assistance cases
• Coordinate with foreign partners and service providers
• Arrange bookings (cars, hotels, trains, flights, taxis)
• Handle calls and ensure accurate administrative updates
• Support premium clients and manage related contracts

A successful Touring Seizoensmedewerker - Bijstandsverlener should have:

• Communicates fluently in Dutch & French, with strong English skills
• Brings initial experience in customer contact and case handling
