This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy assisting customers in navigating digital financial services. You will provide exceptional support in Dutch, ensuring clients have a seamless experience with their digital wallet services.

• Assist customers with inquiries related to digital wallet services, account management, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
• Provide detailed information about features, benefits, and security protocols to enhance customer understanding
• Guide customers through troubleshooting and problem resolution with their digital wallets
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate solutions and support
• Stay informed about the latest developments in digital payment solutions to better assist customers

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the fintech or digital wallet sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital payment technologies is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to new challenges
