Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a Logistics & Courier Company based in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about logistics, efficiency, and providing excellent customer care. As a representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries while delivering exceptional service in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries related to logistics services, shipping details, and tracking information through phone, email, and live chat in Dutch
  • Provide information on service options, delivery timelines, and pricing structures
  • Assist customers with claims, issues, and resolutions related to shipments and deliveries
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and follow-up purposes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery to customers
  • Stay informed about logistics trends and company updates to provide relevant information to clients
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or courier industry
  • Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused approach
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and logistics software is advantageous
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
