Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding property management services, rental agreements, and property listings via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
  • Provide comprehensive information about available properties and assist clients with the leasing process.
  • Support customers with any issues related to their rentals and coordinate with maintenance teams as needed.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and document outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with property management and other departments to improve service delivery.
  • Stay informed about local property markets to provide up-to-date information to clients.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is highly desirable.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in property management or real estate.
  • Strong communication skills and a personable approach to client interactions.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and customer focus.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
