In Beringen, you’ll have the unique opportunity to set up an entirely new team and help shape the processes from the very start. You’ll have plenty of room to grow, both technically and personally.
Will you be our new colleague?
As a Site Supervisor, you’ll take on a versatile and challenging role. You are responsible for the daily leadership of the team and act as the first point of contact for the customer. Your day-to-day work includes:
- Leading the onsite team: you manage scheduling, ensure proper staffing levels, guide onboarding and offboarding, and oversee compliance with all Health & Safety regulations.
- Customer point of contact: you monitor the quality and progress of the work, making the right decisions to balance the customer’s interests with those of KNAPP.
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs: you ensure that inspections, maintenance tasks, breakdowns, and quality audits are carried out efficiently, and you manage the CMMS system.
- Analysis & improvement: you investigate faults and translate your findings into concrete improvement proposals (continuous improvement).
- Spare parts management: you monitor stock levels, analyse parts flows, and ensure timely ordering of the required components.

The team you’ll be joining consists of 6 other colleagues, and together you ensure that our customer’s system keeps running smoothly. We’d love to get in touch with you if you have a passion for technology and want to put your knowledge and talents to use in our high‑tech environment. You bring the following:
- A tso level education
, preferably in mechatronics or electrical engineering, supplemented with a VCA‑VOL and BA5 safety certificate. - 4 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, ideally combined with a background as a technician.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English;
French and/or German is a plus. - Flexibility and willingness to support shifted schedules when needed, although you will primarily work day shifts.
- Curiosity and proactivity
, you take the lead when issues arise and collaborate with others to find solutions.

- A salary between EUR 3.800 and EUR 5.000 (based on full-time employment), with growth potential based on your experience and performance.
- Annual KNAPP profit bonus (and we’ve been performing well!).

- 50% overtime allowance (paid out or taken as time off).
- 50% allowance for evening, night and Saturday work, 100% allowance on Sundays and public holidays.
