As a Business Analyst, you will be at the heart of strategic changes to our processes and systems related to operations and customer service. You’ll play a key role in driving change, providing analytical support to the OPS & Care teams, and leading cross‑functional projects aligned with the strategy of Total Energies Power & Gas Belgium.

1. Driving Change

• Initiate, manage, and deliver business, IT, and regulatory projects aligned with company goals
• Provide ad hoc support to operational managers in their daily activities
• Ensure customer needs are considered in every initiative to deliver an optimal experience

2. Analytical Support & Transformation

• Conduct business analyses on processes, organizational structures, and business applications
• Analyze and interpret complex data to support strategic decision‑making
• Implement optimized processes and ensure effective monitoring
• Take ownership of initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and overall performance
• Prepare strong and convincing business cases
• Organize and facilitate collaborative workshops and meetings
• Define clear action plans and support change management
• Identify and prioritize business requirements
• Challenge proposed IT solutions to ensure relevance and efficiency
• Coordinate testing and validation phases
• Collaborate closely with all departments:
  Operations, Care, Marketing, Sales, IT, Training & Quality

• A sharp analytical mindset and the ability to simplify complexity
• A proactive, results‑oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) from a university, business school or engineer diploma
• Either:
  • Business Analyst profile with a strong interest in data
  • Or Data Analyst profile with a strong interest in business

• Strong analytical capabilities related to data and business process analysis
• Experience in the energy sector is a plus
• Adaptability, agility, change management mindset, and strong customer orientation
• Ability to lead project teams effectively

• Advanced Excel and SQL skills
• Power BI is a plus

• French: C1
• Dutch: would be an asset
