# CX Specialist Job title

CX Specialist Location Gem One  is a tech company within the TVH group that aims to develop future-proof telematics solutions for industrial fleets. To support the rapid and aggressive market growth of Gem One EMEA’s operations, we are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist. This position reports to the Customer Experience Manager EMEA. This role plays an integral function in all internal and external customer support needs in the pre-sale, sale and post-sale customer life cycle.## Responsibilities
* Manage all Order-to-Cash internal and external customer support requirements: order confirmation, order entry, order logistics and invoicing.
* Address customer order inquiries and resolve any complaints.
* Assist with all product returns and credits.
* Preparing and issuing RFQs and purchase orders to vendors, while proactively communicating inventory status and order progress to internal stakeholders.
* Assist in the management of inventory, inventory stock levels and replenishment orders.
* Ensure a consistent and positive customer experience for our dealer partners and end-user customers.
* Conduct project management of end-user commissioning and implementation of Gem One technology.
* Work cross-functionally with other internal company departments: sales, technical support, accounting, senior management, etc.
* Assist with Customer Experience improvement projects.
* Assist in the post-implementation optimization of the ERP system: refining workflows, identifying gaps, and ensuring alignment with operational and customer experience requirements.
* Support the CX Manager and outside sales team on all commercial & operational needs.

* Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent by experience.
* 2+ years’ experience in a a warehouse or logistics environment
* Experience in Customer Experience or Customer Service role preferred
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Fluent in English and Dutch. French is nice to have
* A team player with a flexible attitude, but also a self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision by consistently taking the initiative to get things done.
* Strong analytical skills, result oriented and a sense of responsibility.
