Validation Analyst

Clin Choice is searching for a Validation Analyst to join one of our partner companies, a large pharmaceutical company leader in the field of biomedicines, where you will work office‑based in Geel, 1.0 FTE until December 2026.

The process Validation Analyst manages through his or her expertise includes the preparation and/or updating of cleaning validation documentation (protocols, reports, studies, etc.), gate‑keeping of proposed changes to prioritize needed cleaning validation projects, preparation and support of audits, and the introduction of new products and equipment in the validation program.

• Strong expertise on API manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge in validation.
• Knowledge of statistics.
• Project management, organizing, planning and coordination skills.
• Strong mindset and knowledge of Quality & Compliance/regulatory requirements (GMP), in particular in the area of cleaning validation.
• Adheres to applicable cGxP’s, procedures and management systems.
• Reports incidents and deviations.
• Proposes solutions to improve compliance with cGMP’s and reports (near) accidents, incidents and deviations.

• University/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Ability to manage complexity, strict deadlines and change.
• Ability to interact at different levels of the organization.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle conflicting interests, maintain a good sense of prioritization of assigned tasks and manage time accordingly.
• Customer and business focus.
• Informs the manager and can call on the manager for consultation in case of problems with stakeholders or fundamental problems concerning technical feasibility.
• Strong skills in communication and a result‑driven personality.
• Specific know‑how of systems such as eLIMS, truVAULT, COMET, PRX, CRB, SAP, PASx, Minitab and CPV Automation.
• Proficiency in written and oral English, with a desirable command of Dutch.
