Commercial Project Manager - Alpinter

• Strategic Partner & Key Client Liaison:
  As the commercial right-hand to the Business Unit Manager, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for Alpinter’s key clients. Your role ensures seamless operations for strategic accounts, while proactively driving their growth and identifying new market opportunities.
• Project & Tender Management Expert:
  You have a passion for meticulously managing tenders and overseeing the complete project lifecycle. Your focus is on delivering innovative, tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client, while working closely together with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Geopolitical & Humanitarian Insight Leader:
  By staying ahead of humanitarian and geopolitical circumstances, you will provide valuable insights that shape and guide strategic business decisions, ensuring Alpinter remains agile and informed.
• Networking & Relationship Building:
  You’ll attend conferences and meetings, always seeking to expand and nurture a strong, international network that drives business growth.
• Collaborative Team Player:
  Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you’ll work closely together with the logistics and supply chain teams at Alpinter’s headquarters in Ronse to ensure an efficient approach across the board.

• A bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree, with at least 5 years of experience in an international context.
• A background working with public sector clients or organizations is a plus. Experienced in tender management is an asset.
• You like to adapt to unforeseen circumstances and like to pivot quickly. Expect the unexpected.
• You like to work meticulously and are detail-oriented on the one hand (drafting tenders), but you also maintain a clear view on the bigger picture.
• You manage projects and you show an entrepreneurial spirit. You are business oriented and able to connect the dots.
• You love to work together with colleagues and with other stakeholders. You have excellent interpersonal skills.
• You are willing to travel.
• You are willing to work in Ronse on a frequent base.
• You are fluent in English and also in Dutch or French. Other languages are considered as a plus.
