** Duties & Responsibilities :*
* · Lead and develop a team of operators, ensuring effective shift planning and workforce allocation.
· Coach and mentor team members, providing structured feedback and supporting individual development.
· Foster accountability, motivation, and alignment with business objectives across the team.
· Conduct performance evaluations and support training and career growth initiatives.
· Promote a culture of recognition by celebrating successes and reinforcing positive behaviors.
· Oversee daily operations to meet production schedules while optimizing efficiency and resource use.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when necessary.
· Collaborate with Brewing, Quality, Logistics, and Maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while enforcing company policies and procedures.
** Who we’re looking for** :
· Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent professional experience
· Willingness to work in rotating shifts (6 AM–2 PM, 2 PM–10 PM, 10 PM–6 AM)
· Fluent in Dutch and English, or French and English
· Experience in packaging or filling processes is a strong advantage
· Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
· Analytical, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
· Proactive and results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement
· Strong collaborator, effective with operators, peers, and cross-functional teams
· Inspiring leader who motivates and engages team members
· Clear, independent communicator with strong interpersonal skills; experience in training and development is a bonus
