As Commercial Operations Officer
, you play a strategic role at the heart of the relationship between our customers, our sales teams and our finance department.

You wear two hats that are essential to the smooth running and performance of our commercial operations.

Your client-facing role

You will become the main point of contact for all billing-related matters. You will support clients, answer their questions, track payments and ensure the quality of financial information. Thanks to you, they will enjoy a clear, smooth and professional experience.

Your internal role

You will work hand in hand with our sales teams to ensure that orders are transmitted correctly and that their information is reliable. You will analyse, check, encode and secure each contract to guarantee flawless invoicing and smooth commercial follow-up.

Your objective: to ensure the perfect execution of our processes while actively contributing to their improvement.

Your work directly enhances the performance of the Finance department and the quality of service delivered to our customers... and that is powerful.

After comprehensive training delivered by our experts, you will gradually take on the following tasks:

Invoice management and optimization
  • Master our Adfinity accounting software and become a true point of reference.
  • Issue customer invoices and ensure their accuracy.
  • Manage invoicing-related requests: questions, changes, payment tracking, reminders, etc.
  • Provide an impeccable customer experience thanks to the quality of your follow-up.
Order processing and security
  • Check the completeness and consistency of information in contracts sent by the Sales and Project teams.
  • Entering and transposing orders into our internal tools with precision and rigour, strictly adhering to procedures.
  • Supporting Sales in the administrative processing of their files and streamlining their daily work.
  • Becoming the essential link between the sales teams and the Finance department: thanks to you, everything runs smoothly.
Management, data reliability and continuous improvement
  • Participate in the analysis of our ordering and invoicing processes and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of monthly reports and various financial tasks.
  • Play a key role in the reliability of business data: you are at the heart of sales performance.
Must-have:
  • An academic background in management/business/accountancy/...
  • 0 to 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Comfortable with figures and motivated by working with them.
  • Keen to understand how a business works as a whole and develop a real business vision.
  • Service-oriented: you enjoy working with the Sales & Projects teams and helping them to be more effective.
  • Rigorous, attentive to detail, able to check and process information accurately.
  • Proactive, able to take the initiative and suggest improvements.

  • Knowledge of Dutch and/or English
