As part of its international growth, Agronutrition is seeking a Business Manager Belgium & Netherlands to strengthen its presence in these key markets. Overall Mission — As a Business Manager, you will be the key link between Agronutrition and their distribution partners. You will promote their innovative plant nutrition solutions, support their local partner sales and technical teams and help their customers succeed in a competitive and fast-evolving market.

• Develop and support your distributor network across Belgium and the Netherlands
• Promote Agronutrition’s portfolio through field visits, demos and technical presentations
• Identify growth opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the Technical, Marketing, and Development teams
• Share insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

• Experience in plant production or agricultural distribution
• Strong technical understanding of crop nutrition
• Degree in Agronomy or a related field
• Proactive, organized and enthusiastic about teamwork
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent in Dutch, very good French and some English
• Proficient in IT tools (MS Office, etc.)
