As part of our growth ambition in Europe, we are reinforcing our Belgian organization and are looking for a Key Account & Partnerships Lead BeLux&Scan to play a key role in accelerating profitable growth through focus, execution excellence and strong partnerships.

Your missions:

The Key Account & Partnerships Leader BeLux is a senior sales role with end-to-end responsibility for driving Eco Water’s commercial performance in the BeLux region.

Reporting to the Sales Director Belgium, the role combines:

  • Strategic Key Account management
  • Development of a focused and high-impact dealer network
  • Leadership and coaching of B2B sales representatives

The objective is to move Eco Water BeLux&Scan from a transactional sales approach to a disciplined, partnership-driven and scalable growth model.

Your areas of responsibilities will be:

1.Key Account Management (Wholesale & Strategic B2B):

  • Manage and develop relationships with key wholesalers and strategic B2B partners (e.g. Viessmann, North Star, AEG and equivalent accounts).
  • Build and execute joint business plans with clear growth, mix, pricing and execution priorities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations in line with Eco Water’s value-based pricing strategy.
  • Act as the senior interface between key accounts and Eco Water internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Product).
  • Monitor performance, identify growth opportunities and ensure disciplined execution.
  • Lead and develop a small but strategic dealer network, based on a clear segmentation (Committed vs Conservative Dealers).
  • Select, onboard and grow Committed Dealers through structured joint business plans and measurable KPIs.
  • Sales growth and product mix
  • Digital maturity and lead management
  • Customer experience and service quality
  • Ensure consistent application of Eco Water commercial policies, brand standards and execution rules.
  • Make clear focus and defocus decisions to optimize ROI and resource allocation.
  • Lead, coach and develop the B2B sales representatives covering the BeLux region.
  • Translate European and regional strategy into clear field priorities and execution plans.
  • Set objectives, monitor performance and drive accountability.
  • Support the transition from transactional selling to value-based and solution-oriented sales.
  • Foster a performance-driven, collaborative and customer-focused sales culture.
Your profile:

To succeed as Key Account & Partnerships Leader BeLux&Scan, you bring a strong mix of commercial leadership, strategic thinking and execution capability. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in commercial roles with increasing responsibility.
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management and complex B2B negotiations.
  • Experience managing or developing dealer or partner networks.
  • Demonstrated people management or coaching experience.
  • Experience in technical, industrial, HVAC, water treatment or adjacent B2B environments is a strong advantage.
  • Solid financial and commercial acumen (pricing, margin, ROI, business planning, CRM accuracy).
  • Ability to structure, prioritize and make clear trade-offs.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Language Proficiency: fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with daily interaction with European teams and participation in European meetings to drive alignment and share insights. French would be an asset.
Location and commitments:
  • Permanent full-time role, based in Belgium (Olen office).
  • Willingness to travel.
