** As a
** Junior Group Sustainability Analyst (VIE)**, you will report to our Group Head of Sustainability and be part of the Sustainability team in charge of executing the Group Sustainability Strategy. You are responsible for embedding Sustainability into Lhoist’s activities. To do so, you will be working with a diverse and broad group of experts in various projects from the different regions and teams, including

Lhoist France.  
** Your role and responsibilities:
** Solid experience with data analysis tools and techniques: good knowledge of MS office (Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Word); prior experience with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.

Fundamental knowledge in Eco Vadis is a competitive advantage. Ability to approach complex challenges with business acumen and problem-solving skills.

Experience with business case evaluations – preferably on sustainability option Knowledge of project management techniques and best practices. Strong communication and presentation skills: ability to structure information for different audiences, conciseness and attention to details.

Hands on and dedicated. Eager to learn and develop, search for new competencies. Ability to foster teamwork and to develop strong relationships based on trust, being a Professional proficiency in English is a must, another language is a plus.
