We are seeking a growth‑oriented and commercially sharp Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The successful candidate will identify and secure new EPC/EPCM projects, nurture relationships with existing clients, and coordinate internal resources across VILS and other MASCO companies to maximize sales opportunities.

Your role will include:

• Business Development & Sales
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DACH region within the biopharmaceutical and novel foods sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the EPC/EPCM project portfolio.
  • Lead client acquisition efforts, including (hot and cold) prospecting, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
• Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure recurring sales and long‑term partnerships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts in the region.
• Internal Collaboration
  • Collaborate with and coordinate teams from VILS and MASCO to leverage group‑wide expertise and resources and to ensure seamless delivery of proposals and projects.
  • Contribute to pipeline reviews and strategic sales planning.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the DACH region.
• Provide feedback to refine offerings and improve market positioning.

• To excel in the role of Business Development Manager
  , you should possess the following qualifications:
• Proven experience in business development or sales within the biopharmaceutical, engineering, or construction sectors.
• Strong understanding of EPC/EPCM project structures and lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English;
  French or Italian are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multicultural teams.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region and occasionally to Belgium
