In deze rol analyseer je salarisstructuren en beheer je secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden voor een eerlijke en competitieve beloning. Je ondersteunt ook bij de fleet van bedrijfswagens en fungeert als back-up voor de payroll. Ideale kandidaten hebben minimaal 2 jaar ervaring en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Frans.
