Overview
QLM Search is partnering a leading global ingredients group that is looking to appoint a Sales Director. Reporting to the Divisional VP and forming part of a high performing global team, the role will be instrumental in delivering their 5 year commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective Ingredient category management strategies to drive sales and profit growth for the business.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales potential.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure the business is meeting their needs and driving customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and product launches.
Candidates need to have proven experience as a Sales Director within the B2B Ingredients (Food or Beverage) or Flavors industry with excellent leadership and communication skills. You need strong knowledge of category management strategies across Food / Flavor Ingredients with a track record of driving growth through effective implementation. You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
