We are seeking for a motivated and skilled Team Lead Inbound and Inventory to join our dynamic team in Belgium.

As a Team Lead Inbound and Inventory, you’ll manage and support inbound and inventory activities within the logistics operations of James Walker to achieve operational excellence in Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety & Environment, and People. Team Lead Inbound & Inventory ensures smooth goods flow, accurate inventory management, and optimal support of the logistics processes within James Walker.
What You Bring:Organization of the Inbound Department:
- Receive delivered goods and services on time (within 1 working day).
- Check the quality and quantity of delivered items and register correct information in the software system.
- Store received goods in the correct location.
- Process documentation related to received goods.
- Monitor KPIs regarding receiving time, quality deviations, and productivity.
- Ensure an inventory accuracy of at least 98%.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to guarantee inventory reliability.
- Lead or support improvement projects to further optimise inventory management.
- Ensure daily cycle counts are performed.
- Collaborate with departments such as Procurement, Production, and Outbound.
- Ensure effective handovers between colleagues and organise briefings for warehouse staff.
- Coach and develop team members, providing training, follow‑up, and personal growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and updated standard procedures and work instructions and ensure process changes are approved prior to implementation.
- Encourage improvement initiatives and engage team members in optimisation projects.
- Organise daily tier meetings with your team and participate in weekly logistics meetings.
- Act as a driving force in health and safety initiatives. Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the site and workplaces at all times.
- Coordinate work allocation and vacation planning within the team.
- Support team members in time management and attendance according to company goals and procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Execute additional tasks deemed relevant and necessary by James Walker.

Ability as coaching leader who fosters talent and autonomy within the team.
Analytical and problem‑solving mindset to effectively address operational challenges.
Able to be flexible, organised, autonomous, and able to prioritise in a dynamic environment.

Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and JW software systems.
Able to communicate and engage with colleagues and warehouse staff.
Results‑driven and able to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Detail‑oriented and accurate, even under pressure.
Applicants must have native‑level proficiency in Dutch and professional knowledge in English.
