Would you like to join our team? We are looking for a Business Developer B2C - Executive Education!

Function

Our sales team consists of a diverse group of colleagues with various responsibilities, all working towards the same goal: engaging with our customer in the most efficient and effective way, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Therefore, the team is organized according to our 3 target audiences: young professionals, advanced professionals and organizations. As a Business Developer B2C - Executive Education, you work for the target group ‘advanced professionals’.

You will develop and maintain relationships with these professionals assisting them in finding a certified learning program that aligns with their requirements and aspirations. This means that you guide prospects from their initial interest to a point where they are ready to register for a course. You have full responsibility of the total sales funnel – starting from a qualified sales lead till registration.

By building and nurturing strong relationships with interested professionals and the whole AMS-team, you will play a vital role in the success of the team.

What will you do?

  • You receive leads from the Inbound lead representative, and you categorize them based on their level of interest, engagement, or readiness to purchase
  • You keep the leads engaged to move them further down the sales funnel by consistently providing value, addressing concerns, and answering questions in a timely and helpful manner.
  • You interact closely with the program owners of your product portfolio and will gain valuable insights into the program's unique selling points (USPs) and tailor your approach to effectively address potential participants' needs and aspirations.
  • You manage the total engagement process until registration of contact.
  • Your proactivity and process-driven mindset enables you to continuously improve and develop methods, procedures, and strategies that optimize the conversion process.
  • You give feedback to marketing and program owners to help tune marketing campaigns and to create the right communication content and flows in all stages of the funnel.
Profile
  • You are familiar with a business school environment
  • You have at least 2 years of commercial or recruitment experience
  • You understand the learning needs of executive professionals and follow the lifelong learning trends to have meaningful conversations
  • You are confident in an advisory role towards prospects
  • You are eager to learn and you can work independently
  • You have knowledge of MS Office
  • You have good communication skills (oral and written) in both English and Dutch
  • You hold at least a Bachelor's degree
