As a Business Developer, your focus will be on exploring new horizons and opening doors to future opportunities. You’ll actively seek out untapped markets, identify emerging players and create connections that position us where innovation happens first.

This role is all about prospecting with purpose: spotting potential before others do, building trust from the very first interaction and paving the way for partnerships that accelerate access to life-changing therapies.

  • Identify and engage potential biopharma clients, building strong, lasting relationships
  • Convert opportunities into long-term partnerships that create value for both sides
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach and networking
  • Represent Quality Assistance at industry events and conferences to boost visibility and expand our client base
  • Present tailored service solutions aligned with client needs and market trends
  • Ensure smooth handover to Account Management for seamless client experience
  • Gather and analyse market data to understand client and competitor environments
  • Assess purchasing behaviours to refine sales and marketing strategies
  • Segment target companies based on our Ideal Customer Profile to prioritise high-value opportunities
  • Monitor competitor offerings and maintain active market intelligence
  • Prepare clear, actionable reports for management highlighting strategic findings and prospecting results
Skills you'll need to bring

To succeed in this role, you'll demonstrate:

  • Master’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Management or Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role and/or solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical market
  • Expertise in B2B market analysis within a scientific environment
  • Strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a multicultural, international setting
  • Commercial drive combined with curiosity, proactivity, and results orientation
  • Organisational and reporting skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication in French (B2+) and English (B2+, ideally C1), written and spoken
  • Adaptable communicator, active listener, persuasive
  • Team spirit: collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and R&D & Innovation teams
  • Brand ambassador ready to represent the company at trade shows and conferences
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical and regulatory landscape (EMA, FDA, GMP/GLP) is an asset
  • Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Odoo) and industry intelligence tools (Global Data, Biotech Gate) is an asset
