The CoE sets the standard for procurement excellence by ensuring transparency, early involvement, and smart decision-making. We deliver clear processes, actionable insights, and guidance that empower stakeholders and elevate procurement across the organization.

As the SAP Process Coordinator, you’ll keep SAP and procurement systems running seamlessly while driving adoption and efficiency. You’ll lead initiatives that enhance compliance and user experience, implement new SAP functionalities, and provide training that makes technology work for people. • Proficiency in English, French, and Dutch
• Expertise in SAP applications (SAP Ariba)
• Strong digital skills (ex: MS Teams)
• Analytical skills and data management
• Knowledge of compliance policies and ethical standards
• Presentation skills (reporting)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Analysis or Business Administration, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
