About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with strong B2C finance and/or forex experience to lead the growth of our global affiliate network. This is a newly created, high-impact role focused on outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research, identify, and engage potential affiliates aligned with the company’s business model.
  • Generate leads through outbound outreach (email, social media, direct contact).
  • Schedule and lead sales and partnership meetings.
  • Represent Levels Social at affiliate and network marketing events.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners.
  • Manage the affiliate pipeline using in-house tools and internal CRM systems.
Requirements & Experience
  • Mandatory experience in B2C finance (forex experience strongly preferred; forex brokers ideal).
  • Senior-level experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Affiliate Growth.
  • Strong B2C background (end users are individual investors, not businesses).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent English required (European accent is a plus, given the core markets: Belgium, France, UK, Lithuania).
  • Self-driven, results-oriented profile, comfortable working with distributed global teams.
