To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our production and warehousing teams on the ground. In this role, you take full ownership of day-to-day operations, translating plans into flawless execution. You drive operational discipline, improve quality, and continuously enhance efficiency across production and logistics, ensuring our international supply network performs reliably and at the highest standard.

• Lead day-to-day production and warehousing operations
  , taking full ownership of execution, output, quality and flow on the shop floor.
• Translate supply-chain plans into robust operational schedules
  , ensuring smooth execution across production, assembly and logistics.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on efficiency, lead‑time reduction, capacity utilisation and cost control.
• Manage and develop production and warehouse teams
  , setting clear priorities, standards and ways of working.
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs (service level, productivity, scrap, rework, OTIF), ensuring visibility and accountability.
• Strengthen collaboration with planning, supply chain and quality to ensure end‑to‑end alignment.
• Support and embed operational processes and tools (e.g. Odoo) on the floor, ensuring data accuracy and disciplined usage.
• Step in where neededındaki to keep operations running smoothly, always with customer delivery and product quality as the ultimate goal.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Commercial Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5–10 years of experience in operations, production or manufacturing leadership within an industrial or assembly‑driven environment.
• Natural people leader with a strong hands‑on mentality and a clear sense of ownership.
• Strong understanding of production flows, capacity management and operational trade‑offs.
• Proven ability to improve processes
  , structure work and drive measurable performance improvements.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo or similar) in a production environment.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving
  , international context with multiple stakeholders.
• Pragmatic, resilient and execution‑focused — you get things done.
• Fluent in Dutch and English
