Car Fleet Coordinator

Location: Town of Belgium

* Manage New Starter car requests – Liaise with lease companies to ensure spare cars are reallocated before hire cars are ordered.
* Instruct leasing companies when to invite drivers to order new car
* Manage and arrange correct approvals of new car orders
* Manage new car changeover (work with vendors to return old cars in line with new deliveries)
* Generate PO requests as required
* Monitor Invoices / Request GRs / Manage PO changes / Resolve GR-IR queries / Work with leasing companies & the Client to resolve payment issues
* Support invoice documentation
* Support specific client reporting
* Manage toll administration reports
* Fines Management

* Organized approach in dealing with large operational fleet sizes.
* Client and Relationship Management Skills
* Positive and independent can-do approach
* Very good Dutch and English language skills (both spoken and written on professional level)
* French language skills are a plus.
* Microsoft O365 skilled
* 3 years’ experience in customer service-related & administrative environment, ideally in car fleet management sector.
* Working in multi-national environment.
