Als Technisch Administratief Bediende bij SPIE Belgium (Moeskroen) ondersteun jij onze projectmanagers en het magazijn in de uitvoering van industriële elektrische projecten. Je combineert technische kennis met administratieve vaardigheden en IT-tools om de projecten efficiënt en correct te laten verlopen.

- Administratieve en technische ondersteuning van projectmanagers
- Opstellen en opvolgen van prijsaanvragen en bestellingen
- Opmaken van afrekeningen en verwerken van herstellingen
- Diverse administratieve taken en ondersteuning bij softwaretoepassingen
- Ondersteuning magazijn, incl. werfbestellingen, …
