Junior Accountant

Erembodegem (Belgium) - Part time or Full time

As a Junior Accountant, you will be part of our accounting department. Together with our CFO and Chief Accountant, you will contribute to the continued growth of Piping Logistics. Your responsibilities include, among others:

Accounting Processing

Entering purchase and sales invoices.

Monitoring credit cards: collecting supporting documents and processing them in the accounts.

Booking and processing employee expense claims (verification, registration and preparation for payment).

Accounts Payable (AP)

Preparing and executing supplier payments.

Monitoring outstanding supplier invoices

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Managing incoming payments.

Following up and reviewing the factoring file.

Administrative support

Preparing and submitting Intrastat declarations.

Assisting with general administrative tasks within the finance department.

Supporting audits (providing supporting documents and preparing documentation).

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and Taxation, preferably with initial relevant work experience.

You are enthusiastic, communicative and hands‑on.

You have an analytical mindset and enjoy working with numbers.

You have a strong affinity with (corporate) accounting.

You have an advanced level of proficiency in Excel.

Knowledge of SAP Business One is an advantage.

You are able to work independently, accurately and in a structured manner.

You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
