Accounting Assistant

As an employee in our Finance department, you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices and assisting with general administration and calculations.

After extensive training and guidance, the aim is for you to grow into your role so that you are given more and more tasks with greater responsibility.

In this role, you will work closely with our Head of Accounting, who will also guide you in your role.

• Posting financial transactions
• Organizing and monitoring financial administration
• Preparing the annual audit
• Coding, classifying, and archiving documents
• Monitoring payments

• You have a degree in accounting or administration (Associate's Degree in Accounting, Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and Taxation, or equivalent through experience).
• You have initial experience in a similar position.
• You are always willing to learn with a view to qualitative progress.
• Qualities that complement your profile: communicative, flexible, stress-resistant, dynamic, accurate. Are you also a team player? Then we definitely have a match!
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.
