Sourcing Support & Operations    Ensure timely and accurate completion of sourcing support activities including price updates, PR approvals, system content management, and query handling
Maintain oversight of sourcing operations and proactively communicate with Procurement Category teams and Source-to-Pay teams
Ensure compliance with procurement processes, policies, and governance standards
Process Improvement & Transformation    Demonstrate a transformative mindset to identify process gaps and inefficiencies
Develop and execute a roadmap to integrate sourcing and procurement activities
Support the Easy Buy vision through streamlined, scalable, and efficient processes
Stakeholder Engagement & Supplier Management    Understand business requirements and engage global, regional, and local stakeholders to meet priorities
Define and communicate procurement value to the business stakeholder community
Provide procurement procedural guidance, governance, and best practices
Deliver country-specific market intelligence to mitigate supply risks and enable informed decisions
Manage supplier interactions in line with agreed procedures and governance
Team Engagement & Development    Lead and manage a team of 15–25 FTEs
Set and communicate a clear vision, objectives, and performance expectations
Assign tasks aligned with individual strengths and career aspirations
Promote professional development through training, mentoring, and workshops
Foster a culture of psychological safety and open communication
Digitalization & AI Enablement    Maintain a working knowledge of AI and digital procurement technologies
Identify opportunities to implement AI and digital tools within procurement operations
Encourage experimentation with digital solutions to build future-ready capabilities
