Are you an HGV Driver looking for a new opportunity? If so we are currently recruiting for HGV Drivers (Class
1) to join our Newtownabbey, Belfast team!

• Competitive Salary: £13.50 per Hour / Min 45 Hours, plus meal attendance £5.00 per day up to 9 Hours £10.00 per day over 10 Hours, Weekly Drivers Bonus and overtime rate @ £14.50 per hour.

All HGV Driver roles involve standard working hours Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for delivering and collecting palletised cargo across the Northern Ireland area using curtain-sided vehicles.

• Conduct daily vehicle checks, report defects, and ensure safe and legal operation at all times.
• Plan and manage routes efficiently, reporting any significant deviations and supervising safe loading/unloading of goods.
• Promote resource conservation, including fuel and equipment.
• Serve as a professional company representative in all interactions with clients, the public, and colleagues.
• Follow all legal requirements and company policies, providing clear proof of delivery and communicating any issues or incidents promptly.

As a HGV Driver
, you will hold a full UK driving licence with Category C+E (Class
1). Ideally you will have experience as a HGV / Class 1 but it is not essential, as we provide a thorough induction programme for the right candidate. Excellent communication skills and a courteous, professional manner are essential. You will be expected to maintain your vehicle in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times. ADR and/or a forklift licence is desirable but not required.
