This is a 24-month graduate programme designed to develop you into a software engineer. On successful completion, you’ll move into a permanent role within BT Group, joining one of the biggest digital and engineering teams in the UK.

** About the Role
** As a Software Engineering Graduate, you’ll be part of a high performing engineering community that designs, builds, and enhances the technology that sits at the heart of BT Group’s Consumer products.

You’ll work closely with experienced engineers to:
* Develop and maintain core platform capabilities
* Contribute to the design and build of new features and services
* Solve complex technical problems with real customer impact
* Learn modern engineering practices, tools, and technologies
* Support continuous improvement across both business and IT services

This role is ideal for someone who loves problem solving, experimenting with innovative technologies, and creating solutions that matter. You’ll grow your skills while contributing to meaningful work from day one.##
** What We’re Looking For

* Qualifications:

Degree: 2:2 or above in a technology related degree, such as Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Networking, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Data focused subjects.
