Automation Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Cypress to join our growing QA and engineering team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable automation frameworks and driving quality across modern web applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Cypress automation frameworks
• Build and execute end-to-end, API, and regression test suites
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions)
• Collaborate closely with developers, Dev Ops, and product teams
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote automation best practices
• Define and enforce automation standards across the organization

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cypress automation
• Experience testing modern web applications built using React, Angular, or Vue
• Solid experience with CI/CD integration
• Strong knowledge of API testing
• Hands-on experience with Page Object Model (POM) design patterns
• Proficiency in Git and version control workflows
• Custom Cypress commands and plugins
• Network stubbing and mocking
• Docker containerization for test environments
• Test reporting using Mochawesome / Allure
• Understanding of performance testing concepts
• Work on modern, high-impact applications
