As a software developer, you will help the development team build modern, responsive web applications.

Marex has experienced significant growth in both size and scale. As we continue to onboard new clients and expand products for existing ones, the volume, complexity, and regulatory demands of onboarding have increased substantially. Client onboarding at Marex is a collaborative effort across Sales, Technology, and dedicated global Onboarding teams. To support continued growth and deliver a seamless client experience, we are adopting a technology-first approach, focused on:

• Automating manual and operationally heavy workflows
• Reducing onboarding timelines
• Building scalable onboarding platforms
• Improving data quality, controls, and regulatory outcomes
• The developer will work closely with business stakeholders, onboarding SMEs, QA, and wider technology teams to deliver a scalable, efficient, and client‑centric onboarding experience.

• Design, code and test all components of modern web applications.
• Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the technology created/maintained by the development delivery team.
• Develop solutions to a high standard that is maintainable, testable and meets the requirement’s acceptance criteria.
• Adhere to development best practices and processes.
• Communicate with team members, introduce ideas and keep abreast of the latest technologies.
• Liaise with business users to gather application requirements.
• Ensure delivered systems are of production quality. Ensure software is adequately documented for handover to the business.
