Senior .Net Developer; Hybrid

They are now seeking an experienced Senior Developer to take a leading role in developing bespoke web applications, driving technical strategy, and contributing to exciting internal innovation projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, collaborative team where your ideas and technical expertise will truly make an impact.

As Senior .NET Developer, you will:

• Lead the design and development of high-quality .NET Core applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to shape project strategy and technical direction.
• Maintain and enhance an existing portfolio of digital products.
• Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and frameworks.
• Promote best practices in coding
• Mentor junior team members and lead by example through clean, maintainable code.

We looking for someone who:

• Has strong commercial experience developing with .NET Core, C#, and SQL.
• Has experience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure) and Git-based version control.
• Brings solid front-end knowledge (React preferably).
• Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
