Recruitment is proud to be working with a global, technology-driven financial services organisation that combines the scale and stability of an established enterprise with a strong focus on modern engineering and platform development.

They are currently seeking Senior and Principal .NET Developers to join their Agile, cross-functional team.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with architects, help lead the delivery of cloud-native systems, and contribute to continuous improvement within a fast-paced, engineering-led environment.

At Principal level, you’ll also play a broader role in technical leadership, influencing architecture decisions and mentoring across multiple teams.

• Build scalable, event-driven systems aligned with wider IT strategy
• Contribute to solution design and technical decision-making
• Mentor team members and promote strong engineering best practices
• Own delivery and quality of solutions from design through to deployment
• Explore and evaluate new technologies to improve engineering outcomes
• Communicate progress clearly and proactively address blockers

• Strong experience with .NET (Core & Framework) and C#
• Expertise in REST / Graph
  
  QL API development
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g. MSSQL, MySQL)
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
• Background in building distributed, event-driven systems
