In Digital Engineering, we shape, concept and build innovative solutions. Our consultants work in agile, cross‑functional teams addressing issues such as transition to sustainable energy, digitisation of government, scaling high‑growth businesses, exploiting AI, post‑Covid world, digital healthcare.

• Digital strategy, horizon scanning, and strategic planning.
• Digital technology delivery management, managing large‑scale delivery programmes.
• Digital software engineering, custom engineering with modern web‑scale technologies.

As a Full‑stack Developer, you will build out the next generation of our client’s platforms, design, develop, roll out products, solve technical problems, build innovative solutions. You will embody a passion for continuous improvement and test‑driven development.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop commercially viable digital products.
• Leverage software engineering best practices in design, coding standards, performance, security, delivery, maintainability, culture.
• Perform the technical implementation and development of solutions, ensuring compliance with architecture standards and policies.
• Configure, develop and integrate SaaS, cloud and microservices solutions.
• Write and test code, refining and rewriting it as necessary.

• Ability to build innovative full‑stack software solutions with latest technology.
• Understanding of Dev Ops, cloud‑native development, API design.
• Proficiency in imperative and declarative programming paradigms.
• Agile mindset and practitioner of XP practices.
• Balance trade‑offs for sustainable code and customer experience.
• Communicate with business and technical audiences.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
• Attention to detail and structured problem‑solving skills.
• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in technology or relevant experience.
• Minimum 2+ years as a software developer throughout product lifecycle.
• Experience with modern architecture, microservices, Docker, Angular, Node, Java, Python, Scala.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, Ember.
• Proficiency with server‑side languages:
  Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, .NET.
• Experience with database technology:
  MySQL, Oracle, Mongo
  
  DB.
• Experience with TDD, pair programming, automated testing frameworks.
• Agile environment experience.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent English.
• Willingness to travel to client sites in UK/or overseas.
