This is a full-time, on-site role located in Belfast area for a Surface Preparation & Resin Technician. The role involves performing surface preparation tasks to ensure proper adhesion of resin systems, mixing and applying resin-based materials, using tools and equipment for installation, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Tasks may also include conducting quality control checks, troubleshooting issues during application, and following safety and compliance guidelines.

• Experience with surface preparation techniques and tools
• Proficiency in handling and applying resin materials
• Familiarity with safety standards and compliance regulations for construction or industrial work
• Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and strong work ethic
• Ability to read and follow technical specifications and instructions
• Previous experience in a similar role or in flooring, coatings, or construction is advantageous
• Willingness to learn new skills and collaborate within a team environment
• Full driving license may be required
