Experienced Joiner- Residential

EXPERIENCED JOINER- RESIDENTIAL £44k plus Vehicle, Mobile  Pension CMB Recruitment is working exclusively with a long standing and successful Belfast based building services company involved in insurance reinstatement that is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Joiner. The Joiner will be required to manage other trades on a range of building insurance reinstatement related mostly residential work but also provide the joinery element for the projects.

Most of the work will be in the Greater Belfast area. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organised, and capable of managing a team while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. This is a permanent, full- time position, Monday to Friday with a highly competitive salary of £44k, plus company vehicle, mobile, pension etc.

THE ROLE

Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise all activities on site. Manage contractors, trades and clients to ensure smooth project delivery Plan and deliver joinery work to meet deadlines and project requirements Ensure all joinery work is completed to a high standard of quality and accuracy Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications Maintain site safety, enforce regulations, and conduct toolbox talks Manage tools, materials, and equipment efficiently Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions THE PERSON Proven experience as a Joiner, with experience in a supervisory or foreman role preferable but not essential Strong leadership and team-management skills Excellent understanding of building techniques, materials, and tools Ability to read and interpret technical drawings High attention to detail and exceptional workmanship Strong communication and organisational skills Full UK driving licence essential SALARY Our client is offering a very competitive salary of £44k, plus company vehicle, laptop and mobile to attract high quality candidates.
