Contract Plumber – Social Housing Maintenance
Location:
Belfast, Northern Ireland, GB
A leading construction company in Belfast is seeking a qualified plumber for social housing maintenance projects. The role offers an initial 3‑month contract with a strong chance of transition to a permanent position.
Key responsibilities:
- Installing plumbing systems
- Maintaining plumbing systems
- Repairing plumbing systems
- Performing inspections
- Ensuring compliance with plumbing codes
Ideal candidates:
- NVQ Level 2 / 3 in plumbing
- A valid JIB card
- Experience in plumbing installation and maintenance
