Roofer Hourly Rate £16.90 (£35,152) 40 hours per week Job reference: CS1/R/0126 Choice Services is seeking to appoint fully qualified Roofer to provide an efficient, responsive and excellent customer focused service to Choice customers. Operating as a wholly owned subsidiary, Choice Services will initially focus on the provision of Response Repair Services and Planned Works to a third of our stock, based largely in the Greater Belfast area.

The objective is to deliver enhanced customer satisfaction and to drive better value for money for our stakeholders. In-person interviews for applicants who meet all the essential criteria will be held on:

*** Essential Criteria:

- Must have completed a Roofer apprenticeship and relevant NVQ Level 2 or 3 certification. Must be eligible for trade specific CSR card. Must be able to demonstrate a high level of experience in the delivery of building maintenance  roofing services on Tile & Slate Pitched Roofs including renewal of felt & battens, rain water goods, hip, valley & ridge replacement and repointing, lead works, installation of roof vents & roof lights and flat roof works.

A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the minor building and maintenance sector. Evidence of delivering high levels of customer service. Able to use a PDA  smartphone  mobile working device. Current and valid full UK driving license. Reliable and flexible. Benefits include:
