Key Responsibilities
  • Qualifying Leads:
    Assess and qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with the company’s ideal customer profile before passing them to the sales team.
  • Handling Objections:
    Effectively manage and overcome objections raised by prospects, offering solutions and positioning the company’s offerings as a valuable solution to their pain points.
  • Data Management:
    Keep data management tools updated by accurately capturing and recording customer interactions, ensuring real-time visibility into sales progress.
  • Tracking Industry Trends and Competitors:
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics, using this information to tailor outreach and improve messaging.
  • Participating in Team Strategy Meetings:
    Contribute to regular sales strategy meetings by sharing feedback from outreach efforts, customer pain points, and suggestions for improving the outreach process.
  • Monitoring Key Metrics:
    Collaborate with you Manager and Operations Team to develop strategies that meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue goals.
  • Utilizing Sales Tools and Technology:
    Make the most of sales enablement tools (such as CRM systems, email automation software, and analytics platforms) to efficiently manage day-to-day activities and measure outreach performance.
  • Continuous Learning and Development:
    Stay up to date on sales best practices, attend sales training, and apply newly acquired skills to improve prospecting, communication, and deal-closing techniques.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of SDR or BDR experience specifically in lead generation, outbound prospecting, or tech/SaaS, with a proven track record of booking qualified leads.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, particularly qualifying leads using frameworks like, BANT, or similar methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and objection-handling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions for marketing, media, or technology services to decision-makers (VP, Director, and C-level).
  • Consistent track record of exceeding SDR KPIs, including monthly and weekly targets for leads booked.
  • Resilient and competitive self-starter who consistently pushes to hit and exceed weekly and monthly goal targets.
  • Has worked with both automated and manual systems for lead tracking, etc
