About the Role This is more than a traditional Business Manager position.

You'll be at the heart of a brand-new franchise launch, helping to build processes, drive performance, and set the standard for what Geely will represent within Charles Hurst. You'll lead on:
Maximising finance and insurance performance across the new Geely operation Supporting the sales team with coaching, development, and deal-structuring Ensuring full FCA compliance and best-in-class customer experience Working closely with management to establish the brand's commercial footprint Bringing energy, ideas, and leadership to a growing team Who are Geely?
