The Role As a Commercial Recruitment Consultant, you will operate in a consultative, sales-focused position within the Accountancy & Finance sector, managing both client relationships and candidate processes. You will be responsible for:
Developing new business relationships and managing client accounts Building strong, long-term partnerships with employers and professionals Identifying and sourcing high-calibre candidates using modern recruitment tools and networking techniques Providing expert advice to candidates regarding career opportunities and interview preparation Advising clients on hiring strategies, salary benchmarking and market trends Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief through to placement Running your own client portfolio and revenue targets Who This Role Would Suit;
