The RoleReporting directly to the Sales Director
, you will play a key role in driving business growth across Northern Ireland
, with a particular focus on the Belfast region
.
You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and expanding existing accounts within the medical and healthcare sector
.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision makers, and influencers across the healthcare sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
, building a strong and sustainable sales pipeline. - Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
, ensuring continued business growth and customer satisfaction. - Deliver engaging product and service presentations to clinical and commercial stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade exhibitions to increase brand visibility and generate new leads.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of service delivery and customer experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a business development or sales role within the medical or healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of growing sales revenue and developing new business opportunities.
- Strong ability to identify profitable customer niches and build long-term buying relationships.
- Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of clinical environments.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and self-driven with a proactive sales mindset.
- Professional, personable, and confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Full clean driver’s licence required.
