As a Territory Manager
, you will take on a consultative sales role, driving the sales of well-established medical devices while also supporting the launch of an innovative new product. This is a clinically led sale, where you will engage with doctors, consultants, theatre staff, surgeons, and procurement teams, etc.

Success in this role requires selling based on clinical features and benefits
. Comprehensive product training will be provided, and career progression opportunities are outstanding.

, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven, credible, and technically skilled surgical sales professional to manage and expand their business in the region.

• Proven track record in
  surgical/medical device sales
• Experience selling to
  public and private hospitals
• Full driving license required

• Base Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)
• Commission: £30,000+ (top performers can double or triple this)
