Nter Talent is proud to partner with a leading global technology and mobility business that is transforming the way businesses manage fleet and energy efficiency. Their fuel card division is expanding rapidly, and they are looking for an ambitious Sales Advisor to join their Belfast team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys outbound sales, building strong business relationships, and earning uncapped commission
. You’ll work with existing and new business customers, provide expert support, and contribute directly to one of the fastest-growing fuel card and telematics operations in Ireland.

• Conducting online demonstrations to showcase fuel card and related mobility solutions
• Generating revenue from existing and new customers
• Following up on internal and website-generated leads
• Providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Upselling additional services or obtaining referrals from satisfied clients
• Processing orders and coordinating installations or account setups as required

• Minimum 12 months telesales experience in B2B or B2C environments
• Proven ability to win new business and generate revenue
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Target-driven and motivated by commission opportunities
• A resilient, adaptable team player who can also work independently
• Quick learner, able to think on your feet in a fast-paced sales environment
• Experience in fuel cards, fleet management, or technology solutions is a plus, but not essential

• Competitive £25,000 base salary with uncapped commission
