Brook Street Recruitment is working with a well-known Belfast brand to find confident, resilient Telephone Sales Agents who aren't afraid to pick up the phone, cold call decision-makers, and earn serious commission.

The Role
You'll be selling market-leading advertising and digital marketing solutions to businesses across the UK. Using profiled leads (many cold), you'll open conversations, uncover opportunities, and close high-value deals that genuinely help businesses grow.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment - perfect for someone who performs best under pressure and enjoys being rewarded for results.
What You'll Be Doing
Making high-volume outbound calls to generate new business
Confidently cold calling and engaging senior decision-makers
Identifying client needs and pitching tailored digital solutions
Owning the full sales journey from first call to close and onboarding
Working to clear sales targets and KPIs - and exceeding them
Keeping up to date with digital trends to stay one step ahead
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in outbound telesales or cold calling
A track record of working to - and beating - sales targets
Thick skin, resilience, and the ability to stay focused under pressure
Confident, persuasive communication skills
A competitive, money-driven mindset with a strong work ethic
Organised, quick to learn, and comfortable with digital products

£29,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission with realistic £50,000+ OTE
