Telesales Executive

the role focuses on proactive outreach through phone, email, and linkedin, following defined scripts and messaging.

• conduct outbound b2b sales activity
• lead generation and appointment setting
• develop a strong understanding of our services
• cold call existing and new clients
• accurately manage opportunities and customer details through crm
• working towards clear targets and kpis
• represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner

• minimum 1 year experience in outbound telesales, sales or customer service
• confident communicator, comfortable making outbound calls
• strong written and verbal communication skills
• highly organised with good attention to detail
• self-motivated and target-driven
• proficiency in microsoft office and crm systems
• willingness to learn and take direction from scripts and established processes
• knowledge of itad, it services, recycling or technology industry (not required but helpful)
• german speaker
