Position Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join the Norbrook team in the Vic West territory (incorporates some SA). Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager this role will involve selling Norbrook's extensive range of animal health products into veterinary clinics. Regular travel is required. Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain strategic business relationships. Maximise the sales of Norbrook's portfolio and to develop strong relationships with new and existing customers within animal health channels. Actively contribute to shaping and supporting the Company's overall success and growth by educating and facilitating training for veterinary clinics (with tech support) on Norbrook's products and marketing initiates. Maintain the CRM with relevant clinic and product information.
Travel within the assigned territory to deliver key marketing promotions in person.
Essential Criteria :
Customer focused with at least 3 years' experience in the sales in the animal health industry. Proven ability to sell in a competitive and rapidly evolving market. Demonstrated ability to relay technical knowledge at appropriate levels. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to work both independently and with a team. Excellent computer skills Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence and negotiating skills.
Demonstrated ability to take on new challenges with ease. Demonstrate knowledge of recent veterinary customer and market changes in the ANZ territory Highly customer focused. Demonstrate values and behaviours aligned with Norbrook's. Desirable Criteria:
Previous veterinary practice experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant life science, agricultural or business subject Account management skills To be eligible to apply, you must:
